She was a graduate of Madison South High School and retired from the Madison County Title Department where she worked for 28 years. She loved reading and taking beach vacations with her family. She’ll be missed beyond measure by all of those fortunate enough to have known and loved her. “Remember me with a smile or remember me not at all, because with a smile is how I’ll remember you all.” Peggy is survived by her loving husband Paul, whom she married on August 19, 1967; daughters, Angie (Fettrow) Stearns and husband Brian, Christie (Fettrow) Guy and husband Brad, Jodie (Fettrow) Davis and husband Matt; seven grandchildren, Abby and Alex Stearns, Cameron and Elliot Guy, and Claire, Izzy, and Luke Davis; one brother, Jerry Daniels, two sisters, Beth Hitchcock and husband Rod, and Amy Daniels, and sister-laws, Nancy Morcher-Wallis, Donna Landis and husband Ronnie, and Gail Daniels; nieces and nephews Nikki Morcher, Aaron and Adrienne Daniels, Julie Akers, Kevin Landis, and Caty Abbott; and great-nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mike Daniels, brother-in-law Jim Wallis and sister-in-law Carol Daniels.
